Excellent location, just a short walk from the central Taksim Square. Friendly and helpful staff who always went the extra mile for our comfort. - Rooms were clean and well maintained, with fresh bed linens provided daily. - Within walking distance of major attractions, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.
Felt like home care, no complaints at all.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a prime location. The value for money is outstanding, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff's attention to detail is commendable, as they upgraded our room for free as a warm welcome gesture. The basic amenities are all there, and the rooms, though small, were clean and well-maintained. The location is as central as it gets with this budget, just a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square. , having breakfast delivered to the room added a touch of luxury to our stay.
All was fine during our stay.

I absolutely adored the charming decorations at this hotel! The beautiful carpets and the elegant furniture throughout the lobby and common areas really added a touch of class to my stay. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The staff was always there to assist me with my luggage and the lift was in great working condition, making it easy for me to navigate the hotel.
If there was one thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. Sometimes they seemed a bit preoccupied and didn't always provide the level of service that I would expect.

The weekend getaway was affordable and the location was great - just a few steps away from the heart of the city. The hotel also provided us with clean towels every day of our stay, which was a pleasant surprise. the daily breakfast served had a decent selection of items to choose from.
The hotel was in poor condition. Our room had dirty walls and the sheets were not clean.

The hotel had some advantages. Firstly, it was located in a lively area with access to vintage shops and cafes. Additionally, some staff members were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and clean. Some guests mentioned a good view from their rooms and comfortable service.
On the other hand, some negative elements should be considered. There were noise issues due to the hotel's location near a hospital, which could disturb guests, especially those looking for peace and quiet.

Parts of the hotel were under construction which made it somewhat dirty and uncomfortable. the breakfast was subpar and lacked good food options.
